Like every decision in life, this one was not clear and simple. One day,
more precisely, almost 6 years ago, I decided to open an original gastronomic point. Amazing, we've been with you for 6 years 💚... but let's get back to the topic 😉
There were many visions, not all ideas have been implemented yet, but I decided to follow the path, creating a pub with high-quality food at a reasonable price. Hence the name Bar Bistro, although I believe that the ingredients that we serve on the plate certainly exceed the rank of this word. We focus on finding novelties, intertwining tradition. We strive for sustainable development, hence we first purchase goods from local suppliers and take part in many social and cultural events. It is important for us to support the market around us.
Choosing a name wasn't easy either. I wanted the name to be attractive, catchy and associated with perfection, health, and at the same time surprising and thought-provoking. After a storm of thoughts, Pomelo came 💚 I'm sure you know this fruit by name and taste, but I don't know if you had a chance to learn more about it? Below is a description of the properties of this fruit, which certainly illustrates why I chose this name and not another 😉
Pomelo is a gigantic and largest citrus fruit. It is literally a vitamin bomb!! Did you know that it has the highest amount of vitamin C. In addition, it is a fruit rich in minerals: fiber, potassium, iron, calcium, magnesium, zinc, sodium, potassium, phosphorus, copper, manganese. You will also find here vitamin A, B1, B2, B3, B6!! Worth your attention? But that's not all, keep reading 😉
All these ingredients have a huge impact on our immunity, normalizing blood pressure and strengthening the walls of blood vessels. In addition, it cleanses toxins, neutralizes fungi and improves skin condition. All you have to do is eat 1/6 of this fruit and you will cover your daily requirement for vitamin C! This vitamin bomb also inhibits the growth of cancer cells. The greatest deposits of antioxidants, unfortunately, are in bitter membranes, which are not eaten by many people. But that's not all, if you have a problem with cramps and contractures, Pomelo will also remedy it. Potassium contained in Pomelo ensures preservation
adequate amount of fluids in the body.
Important tip. If we have encouraged you to buy this fruit, remember that when buying, consider the weight. The heavier it is, the fresher it is. The best time to buy these fruits is from November to March.
In Asian countries, it is seen as the fruit of happiness. And for us, that's what Pomelo Bistro Bar is. We share our happiness and joy every day. We are glad that you reciprocate these feelings by being with us every day 😉
See you in Pomelo!
Christopher
