We took a long time to write this article. As always, we wanted to surprise you with a cool idea that you will be able to recreate at home.
Strawberry season is in full swing so it's a pity not to use this tasty potential. We all like strawberries with cream, strawberries in chocolate, and even salad bouquets with the addition of a delicious strawberry flavor. And who of you recently went back to the old recipes? And who of you focused on tradition, simplicity and, above all, the taste from our childhood?
What flavors do you remember from your youth? Do you remember those times? We didn't have to look far 😉. Like strawberries are pasta! Our team screamed! There is nothing better than pasta with strawberries on cold days!! Well, as they say, every country is a custom, so our Chef Marcin denied this information. For him, strawberries are delicious polish style dumplings. Delicate, melt-in-your-mouth dumplings based on natural ingredients such as cottage cheese. So, as tradition dictates on our Culinary Blog, below we will present a delicious recipe. And one more thing, our advice from folk wisdom:
"If you want to be friends with someone, don't talk to them about the strawberries you like" 😉
Below strawberry dumplings from Chef Marcin's recipe 💪
Enjoy your meal!
Marcin and Pomelo Team 💚
